Refund policy
Last updated 8 October 2026
Changed your mind? Ask within 14 days of buying and we'll refund you in full. No questions, no forms to argue with.
Changed your mind (14 days)
- One-off apps (such as RamWarden): a full refund if you ask within 14 days of buying, for any reason.
- Subscriptions (such as InvoiceWarden): a full refund of your first payment if you ask within 14 days of subscribing, for any reason.
- Apps with a free trial let you try them first, so you know what you're buying. The 14 days still apply after you pay.
Cancelling a subscription
- You can cancel any time, and you won't be charged again.
- The app keeps working until the end of the period you've already paid for (the month, or the year).
- We don't refund part of a period after the first 14 days, unless the app has a problem (see below) or the law requires it.
If something's wrong with an app
Our apps come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an app has a fault, doesn't do what we said it does, or isn't fit for its purpose, these apply at any time, not just in the first 14 days:
- A major problem: you can choose a refund.
- A smaller problem: we'll fix it within a reasonable time. If we can't, or don't, you can choose a refund.
Nothing in this policy takes away any right you have under that law, or under consumer laws where you live (such as cooling-off rights in some countries).
How to ask for a refund
- Send a support request with the topic Billing or refund, or email hello@sixthdaystudios.com.
- Tell us which app, and the email address you bought it with. A reason helps us improve, but you don't have to give one.
We reply within two business days. Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used, through Stripe, and usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Good to know
- A refund cancels the licence. The app stops working on your PCs the next time it checks its licence online.
- Stripe sells our apps for us as merchant of record. In some cases Stripe can also refund a purchase directly, within 60 days.
- Please talk to us before disputing a charge with your bank: we can usually sort it out faster than a dispute can.
- Free apps (such as RosterWarden while it's in beta) have nothing to refund.
